Early Childhood Special Education

North Early Learning Center provides services to children who have been identified as in need of special education services, or are suspected of needing special education services prior to age three. These services must be provided on their third birthday. An Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee determines these services. The special education services that are provided may include instruction, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, as well as specialized services for students with vision and hearing deficits.
