If you are interested in becoming a part of the volunteer program, please contact the Partners in Education Office at 409.882.5627. You will be asked to complete a Letter of Interest form (downloadable on out website) which asks for your name, contact information, interests, and areas in which you may be available to volunteer. Additionally, we will ask you to complete a criminal history form (also downloadable). Both of these forms must be submitted annually.


Once all volunteer forms are processed, volunteers will receive clearance notification by mail. Campuses will also be notified of clearances. Volunteers will also be asked to complete a brief training session (approximately 30 minutes). As campus or district volunteer needs arise, volunteers will be contacted by campus office staffs or teachers.
