Children that have traditional Medicaid or CHIP coverage can receive vaccinations fro free with a current card. Otherwise the cost is as follows:

$14 for one vaccination
$24 for two vaccinations
$34 for three vaccinations

Payments can be made by cash or check to Vaxanation.
