West Orange – Cove CISD will hold a Substitute Orientation on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the WOC Education Service Center Community Outreach Room, 902 W. Park Avenue, Orange.

The orientation session is for new teacher, paraprofessional, food service, and custodial substitutes who have completed the enrollment process, which includes fingerprint clearance. All substitutes should bring their driver’s license and social security card.

Individuals interested in applying for substitute positions may visit the WOCCISD website at www.woccisd.net to apply on-line. Applications are also available at the WOC Education Service Center, 902 W. Park Ave. Classroom observation hours are required for teacher substitutes. Paraprofessional substitutes must have a high school diploma. All WOCCISD substitutes are also required to complete background checks.
