Welcome to the North Early Learning Center webpage and the 2011-2012 school year. Here at North ELC we are excited about helping our students become school ready. We have three programs for eligible students as follows: Head Start, Pre-K, and PPCD. We look forward to a great year and welcome the parents or guardians of our students to become a part of the North ELC family.
