Principal's Message
Welcome to the North Early Learning Center webpage and the 2011-2012 school year. Here at North ELC we are excited about helping our students become school ready. We have three programs for eligible students as follows: Head Start, Pre-K, and PPCD. We look forward to a great year and welcome the parents or guardians of our students to become a part of the North ELC family. There are opportunities to become involved in several committees and our policy council. If we can be of assistance please do not hesitate to call.
